Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Leanlift OÜ (“Leanlift”, “we”, “us”) for use of the Leanlift application and related services (the “Service”). Leanlift OÜ is registered in Estonia under registry code 17272033, with its office at E. Vilde tee 91-63, Mustamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 12911, Estonia.

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Leanlift.

The Service

Leanlift is software for running company finances: connecting bank accounts, reviewing transactions, issuing invoices, storing documents, and related tools. We may add, change, or withdraw features. We are not a bank, payment institution, accountant, or tax adviser, and Leanlift is not a substitute for professional advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not choose a name that impersonates someone else or that we reasonably consider unlawful or offensive.

If you use Leanlift on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Bank connections

Optional bank connections use account-information services, including Enable Banking. When you start a connection you will authenticate with your bank and grant access. Leanlift never asks for your banking password.

You authorise us to retrieve and store account and transaction data needed to provide the Service. You can revoke access in Leanlift and through your bank. Revocation stops new retrieval; data already in your workspace remains until you delete it, subject to our retention duties.

Bank feeds depend on your bank and on third-party providers. Balances and transactions may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You must check figures before you rely on them for payments, filings, or other decisions.

Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle unless we state otherwise. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel in the product or by contacting support, or until we cancel it. You must keep a valid payment method on file and authorise us to charge it for the then-current fees.

If a charge fails, we may invoice you and require payment by a stated deadline, or suspend the Service. We may change fees at the end of a billing cycle after reasonable prior notice. Continuing to use Leanlift after the new fees apply is acceptance of those fees.

Refunds, if any, are decided case by case and are not guaranteed.

Your content

You keep ownership of data, documents, and other material you submit (“Content”). You grant us a licence to host, process, display, and transmit Content as needed to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to submit that Content and that doing so does not infringe others.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Content, including invoices and financial records. We do not audit Content for tax or accounting correctness.

Invoices and customer payments

If you create or send invoices, or collect payment through a third-party provider, you alone are responsible for the invoice’s content, tax treatment, and legal compliance. We do not verify that an invoice meets the rules in your jurisdiction. Payment disputes, chargebacks, failed collections, and customer disagreements are between you and the payer. Third-party payment tools are governed by their own terms.

No financial or tax advice

Information shown in Leanlift is for operational support only. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for filings, reporting, and compliance. Confirm material decisions with a qualified professional or the relevant authority. We are not liable for losses, penalties, or other consequences of relying on the Service for those purposes.

Third-party data and integrations

Leanlift displays data from banks, payment processors, aggregators, and from what you enter yourself. That data is provided as received. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error. Outages, delays, and misclassification can occur. You use third-party data at your own risk.

Accounting and ERP exports

You may export records to systems such as Xero or QuickBooks. We only transmit data; we do not control how the destination system interprets it. You must review and approve exported data before using it for bookkeeping, tax, or statutory reporting. We are not responsible for misclassification or reporting outcomes in those systems.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by Leanlift OÜ and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use our marks without written permission, except as the law expressly allows.

If you believe material in the Service infringes your copyright, email leasing@barrister-suites.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. Knowingly false claims may carry legal consequences.

Links

The Service may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Review those terms before you use them.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using Leanlift at any time. On termination your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be fixed, that the Service is free of harmful code, or that results or third-party data will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leanlift OÜand its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, errors or delays in bank or other third-party data, or unauthorised access to Content, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of those damages. This limit applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Leanlift OÜ about the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required by law or needed to address a security or legal issue. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Leanlift.
